L-Drago Destroy F:S and Big Bang Pegasis F:D are both 4D Beyblades from Beyblade Metal Fury, but they represent very different approaches to Attack. L-Drago Destroy F:S is a left-spin Beyblade associated with Ryuga, while Big Bang Pegasis F:D is a right-spin Beyblade associated with Gingka. Both were released in 2011, with L-Drago Destroy as BB-108 and Big Bang Pegasis as BB-105. L-Drago Destroy uses a 44.33 g 4D Metal Wheel made from a heavy Metal Frame and a rubber-and-plastic Core. Its three dragon heads provide the main contact points, while the Core can be rotated between Attack Mode and Absorb Mode. In Attack Mode, the rubber is positioned at the front of the dragon heads for more direct contact, while Absorb Mode places the plastic sections forward, allowing the exposed rubber to assist with spin stealing against right-spin opponents. Big Bang Pegasis uses the Pegasis III Clear Wheel and a 41.83 g Big Bang 4D Metal Wheel consisting of a Metal Frame, PC Frame and Core. These components can be rotated into four configurations: Smash Attack, Upper Attack, Barrage and Omni-Directional Attack. This gives Big Bang more configuration options than L-Drago Destroy, although the differences between its modes are relatively small in practical performance. Their bottoms also use automatic 4D mechanisms. L-Drago Destroy’s F:S starts with a sharp tip and changes as its spin decreases, while Big Bang Pegasis’s F:D begins with an SF-like tip and later changes into a much more aggressive rubber-based tip. Both gimmicks are intended to create a stronger final phase, but neither stock combination is particularly competitive because the automatic transformation can occur too late and hurt overall consistency. Overall, L-Drago Destroy F:S has the advantage in weight, left-spin capability and the potential for spin stealing, while Big Bang Pegasis F:D has more complex mode-changing construction and greater emphasis on different forms of Attack. Between the two, L-Drago Destroy is generally the more threatening Beyblade, especially because of its heavier wheel and rubber-equipped Core, while Big Bang Pegasis is arguably the more elaborate and iconic design.
