Soft, fluffy and Airy Donuts !!!! ingredients:- Luke warm milk- 150 ml sugar -30 gm ACtive dry yeast- 5 gm eggs-2 Bread flour(protein containt 12.5 %)- 400 gm salt- 1/2 tsp Unsalted butter- 40 gm method:- Step 1: Start by activating the yeast in 150 ml of lukewarm milk with a bit of sugar. Once it’s foamy, you’re ready to go! Step 2: Mix your dry ingredients—400 grams of bread flour, the remaining sugar, and salt. This blend will give our donuts that nice texture. Step 3: Combine the foamy yeast mixture with two room-temperature eggs and mix with your dry ingredients. Knead for a few minutes, then gradually add 40 grams of soft butter. Keep kneading until the dough is stretchy and smooth. Step 4: Let the dough rise for an hour until it doubles. Punch it down, roll it to about half an inch thick, and cut into donut shapes. Step 5: Let them rise again until light and puffy. Heat your oil to 150-160°C and fry each donut for 2 minutes on each side. They’ll puff up beautifully! For a classic finish, roll them in sugar while warm, or glaze them once cooled slightly.
