🚨 ELIZABETH SIDERS BACK IN COURT — AND LET’S TALK ABOUT WHAT HER ATTORNEY SAID Elizabeth Siders was back in Vinton County court today and pleaded not guilty to all charges, including the additional S battery and unlawful S conduct with a minor charges. Her bond was increased from $250,000 to $500,000 after Prosecutor William Archer argued that Elizabeth is a flight risk and pointed to the seriousness of the S-conduct charges. The judge also ordered Elizabeth to have no contact with her husband, Gary Siders Jr. But I thought what Elizabeth’s attorney, Tommy Stolly, said today was particularly interesting. Stolly told the court that Elizabeth continues to ask to see her children. He then brought up Elizabeth’s pregnancy history, saying she has been “pregnant most of her life” and has never really had an opportunity to go through postpartum. He suggested that could potentially play a role in her competency evaluation. And there is some important context to that. Elizabeth became pregnant as a teenager and has since had numerous pregnancies resulting in 16 living children. In 2022, she also delivered premature conjoined twins who died shortly after birth. She then delivered another set of twins in January 2024 and another set in January 2025. Her attorney has already told the court that after spending extended periods with Elizabeth in jail, he became concerned about her demeanor, conduct and comprehension. He requested that she be evaluated to determine whether she is competent to stand trial — and, if she is competent, whether her mental condition at the time of the alleged offenses could support a not-guilty-by-reason-of-insanity defense. So his comments about pregnancy and postpartum today appear to be part of a much larger argument concerning Elizabeth’s mental health. And speaking of pregnancy… Remember the rumors shortly after her arrest that Elizabeth was pregnant AGAIN?
