The one people call when they’re falling apart. But who checks on you? I’m checking on you today. I see you. Before you make sure everybody else is okay, do a quick self check-in. If you feel tired, it’s okay. If you feel overwhelmed, it’s okay. If you’ve been holding more than you’ve admitted, it’s okay. If you feel disconnected, frustrated, anxious, or just mentally DONE, acknowledge it. If you feel broken right now, you don’t have to pretend you’re fine. Ask yourself: What do I actually need today? Rest? Space? Support? A conversation? A boundary? A therapist? Five minutes where nobody needs anything from you? You deserve to be checked on too. I’m currently accepting new clients.
