Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, or longer if time allows. * Cook the rice: Cook rice according to package instructions. * Prepare the Salsa: In a bowl, combine the salsa ingredients. Mix well and set aside. * Cook the capsicum: Preheat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the green and red capsicum and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until softened. Remove from heat and set aside. * Cook the Steak: Preheat a grill or pan over high heat. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes. * Assemble the Bowl: In individual bowls, add a serving of rice. Top with capsicum, steak, and a generous spoonful of salsa. Serve and enjoy!
