My hair journey has taken years but I think I finally figured it out. This is a 1 year difference. I think pregnancy played a big part in helping my hair get healthy but once I hit 4 months post partum my hair was falling out in clumps and breaking like crazy. Here’s what I’ve been doing: 1) I started to be consistent with taking @Wellbel. 2) I started using products from the Abbey Yung method that she recommends for fine hair. (lmk if you want to know which ones I’ve been using) 3) I wash my hair everyday and I use a deep conditioning mask every time. 4) I use a light weight oil on my hair every day. I never thought I would be able to use oil on my fine hair without it always looking greasy but this is a game changer. 5) leave in conditioner every time I get out of the shower. #hair #finehair #hairjourney
