CHEESEBURGER TACOS 🌮 These were unreal! So easy to make and perfect for a quick dinner. Save for later☝🏼 •447 kcals (for 2 tacos) •29g PRO, 30g CHO, 22g FAT Serves 1: -100g of lean beef mince (less than 5% fat) -Sprinkle of salt, pepper & oregano -2 mini tortilla wraps -2 slices of burger cheese -Pickles -Lettuce -Tomato -Oil spray Burger sauce: -20g of reduced salt ketchup -15g of light mayonnaise -1 tsp of mustard -1-2 tbsp of water (to loosen the sauce) Method: 1. Place the tortilla wraps on a board. Divide the mince into two and roll into balls. Flatten them down on top of the wraps. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Press down again until it is completely flat. 2. Spray a pan with oil. Add the wraps with the mince facing down on the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes then flip. Cook again for the same time. 3. Add the cheese slices and reduce the heat. Cover with a lid to melt the cheese for 2 minutes. 4. Mix the sauce ingredients together with 1-2 tbsp of water until it’s a little runny. 5. Top the tacos with chopped pickles, lettuce, tomato and the burger sauce.
