For all you saying he’s wrong, with your logic the year 2000 was in the 90’s. With time, 2010-2011 is one year, meaning that 2010-2019 is 10 years

U go to high schoolers in grades 9-12... 12-9=3. You still go to high school for 4 years. Same logic applies meaning the decade is ending.🤦🏽♂️
