✨ HOMEMADE COLLAGEN SOUP FOR YOUNGER LOOKING SKIN ✨ As most of you already probably know, I make my own collagen soup at home once a week which I either add or sub to some of my meals 🤗 Each batch can make around 5 full portions and I store these in containers then to the freezer 🍲 And every time I want some soy, I just take them out and heat it up. In a pot of boiling water, pre-cook chicken feet for 2 minutes. Drain water and set chicken feet aside. 2. In the same pot or pressure cooker, add in pre-cook chicken feet, sliced carrots, sliced onions, USA frozen potato slices, cooking sake, water, sea salt, and pepper. Then give a quick stir. 3. If using a regular pot, let this simmer for at least 12-15 hours. If using a pressure cooker, put on high pressure for 8 hours. 4. Once soup is done, it is ready to serve. If storing for meal preps, portion into small containers and keep in the freezer.
