Roughly mash the pea eggplant first, then, prepare a pan, saute all the stir-fry ingredients until aromatic except the salt. Lift without oil. Set aside and let it cool for a while. 2. Then, put it in the blender. Do not forget to add salt and grind until smooth. After blend, if the texture is still not smooth, just mash it using a stone mortar. 3.Adjust taste and ready to serve with rice.
