IUD is the way to go. I’ve had mine in for 2.5 years and I’ve never had any problems and I had a lot of problems with pills/patches

i have the copper iud and i love it !!! hormonal birth control was really awful for me (i had nexplanon) so paragard was the best choice for me : )
