Can decease bone mineral density, but studies show this is reversible once stopped. Talk to your doctor about your risks of bone thinning & fractures

Most common side effect is irregular bleeding, often freq & unscheduled at first, but 50% will have no periods at 12 mon, up to 70% after 12 mon
