it's happened to my mom, my grandma, my aunt and a cousin. there's more but idk who. it runs in our family. the earliest was 27, the latest I believe was 33

Just had my pap and bloodwork for perimenopause/menopause done last week. My doctor wants to wait three months to give me the results. Is this normal? My bloodwork has come in. I can see on the portal that something is abnormal. I can’t get answers and the internet is no help. How can I find out what my blood tests mean without waiting three months? 😭

I was just diagnosed as post menopausal a few weeks ago. I’m in my 30s. Dr expected it to be pcos. I suspect I’ve been post menopausal for years.

I was diagnosed premature menopause after being diagnosed post menopausal. Fun times🙄🙄 kept gettin told nothings wrong it’s all in my head. If they would have checked my hormone levels in my early 20’s when I started having problems (I’m 39 now & was diagnosed at 37)I wouldn’t have suffered this long. Now I’m post menopause, I still have hot flashes but they are slowin down thank God & no one helped me. Primary sent me to an OB to find out why & the response was “you’re dealing with some menopause symptoms, here’s some pills”. Tell me you didn’t read the notes from my primary on my chart without telling me!!! I don’t need help with menopause I need to know why it happened so young, but there’s NO MONEY in fixing the problem!

How can we tell if we are on hormonal birth control? I get a “period” but it’s not consistent. Sometimes it’s light sometimes it’s hardly existent except for spotting.
