Yes, I have a son. 😉 Well, Igor is not a big fan of seafood, strangely enough. He’s a teenager, so he prefers what all teenagers love - 🍔🍟🍕 He only eats red fish, and that’s exclusively in sushi. But I can already see his interest in something more complex, unusual, “Michelin-worthy” developing. I always say this - children will resemble us in any case. By observing their parents, children acquire qualities they see in mom and dad. And whatever you do, it will always be like that. That’s why my husband and I show him through our example how to live. We demonstrate a love for work, for people, for our passions, and for traveling. 🙌🏻 Igor has been with us on almost every trip since he was very young. And we can already see reflections of our qualities in him - he is very inventive, diligent, and open-minded. And that’s especially important. ❤️ Moms of teenagers, how are you doing? 😂 Grilled Seafood Ingredients: • Octopus • Onion • Carrot • Celery • Clams • Mussels • Shellfish • Olive oil • Garlic • Chili pepper • Parsley • White wine • Bread • Shrimp • Langoustines • Lobster • Lemon • Fish stock Instructions: 1. Rinse clams, mussels, and shellfish with salt and soak them in water. 2. Gradually submerge the octopus in water so it curls its tentacles. Add white onion, carrot, and celery, and cook until done. 3. Prepare the lobster by cleaning it and steaming it. Then, cut the lobster meat. 4. Slice the bread, drizzle with olive oil, and grill it. 5. Sauté shrimp and langoustines in olive oil with garlic and chili pepper. We will use this mixture for the next steps. 6. Place mussels in a baking dish, add parsley and white wine. Once cooked, remove the mussels and replace them with clams and shellfish. 7. Add fish stock to the broth from the shellfish. 8. Assemble the dish. In the baking dish, layer the toasted bread, then add clams, mussels, shellfish, shrimp, octopus tentacles, and pour the broth sauce over everything. Enjoy your meal!
