Nutella Chocolate Braided Buns Ingredients: Dough: * 1 cup (240ml) warm milk * 2¼ tsp (7g) instant yeast * ¼ cup (50g) sugar * 1 egg * ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened * 3 cups (375g) plain flour * ½ tsp salt Filling * ¾–1 cup Nutella Milk Wash * 2 tbsp milk Method 1. Shape into braided or twisted buns and place on a lined baking tray. 10. Brush lightly with milk. 11. Bake at 180°C (160°C fan) for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.If desired, brush the warm buns with the simple syrup for a beautiful bakery-style shine.
