If you put regular coffee it doesn’t get fluffy because it doesn’t dissolve in the water. But there’s worse chemicals in regular coffee beans so

It doesn’t work with regular coffee. But I’ve done it with matcha. I would recommend putting heavy cream or coconut cream with the matcha to start.
