The fly was a judge 🪰 RECIPE: GF BANANA BREAD • 4 ripe bananas • 2 cups almond flour • 1/2 cup coconut sugar • 2 eggs • vanilla (1-2 teaspoons) • 6 tbsp butter or ghee • 1 teaspoon baking powder • cinnamon • chocolate chips (could also do a nut or other chip) INSTRUCTIONS: • preheat oven to 350 f • combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl • melt butter & combine wet ingredients in separate mixing bowl • add wet ingredients to dry & add chocolate chips • line baking tin with parchment paper, add batter & bake for 35-45 minutes. GLAZE: • 2 tbsp butter • 1 cup powder sugar • 2-3 tbsp milk • 1 teaspoon milk INSTRUCTIONS: • brown butter in pan then let cool for 2-3 minutes • in mixing bowl whisk together butter, sugar, vanilla & 1 tbsp milk. • continue to add milk a teaspoon at a time until glaze is at desired consistency.
