We will all face negativity at some point in our lives whether online in the comments section or from people in our real lives. Having over 10M + people who follow me on social media, I know there are thousands of people out there who don't like my message or what I have to say. My remedy for this used to be putting on the "I don't care what people think" hat. But I've now come to realise that, I am human, and ultimately I will always care what people think. The goal isn't to NOT care, for me now it's to become less curious about the negativity and more curious about the positivity. And by also realising that someone giving you negativity is just a reflection of the place they're at in life allows me to show more empathy and realise it was just a fleeting moment of negativity.
