🚂 One of the loveliest ways to see Mallorca… and you don’t need a car. If you’re staying in Palma, put the vintage train to Sóller on your list. This beautiful old wooden train has been making the journey across Mallorca for over 100 years, slowly winding its way from Palma through the countryside, into the Tramuntana mountains and through tunnels before arriving in Sóller. Tthe journey is half the experience. 🤍 It’s wonderfully old-fashioned — wooden carriages, windows open, mountains outside and absolutely no need to rush. Once you arrive in Sóller, take your time exploring the town, stop for a coffee (obviously ☕️), and if you have time, hop on the historic tram down to Port de Sóller. For me, this is exactly how I love to travel now. Slower. More scenic. And sometimes choosing the journey rather than just trying to get to the destination as quickly as possible. 🚂 Palma to Sóller Train — what you need to know 📍 Where: Sóller Train Station, Carrer d’Eusebi Estada, 1, Palma — next to Plaça d’Espanya. ⏰ Journey: Around 1 hour each way. 💶 Cost: €23 one way €30 return €40 return including the tram to Port de Sóller. 🎟️ Tickets can be bought at the station. I highly recommend buying in advance 🚋 From Sóller, you can take the historic tram down to Port de Sóller. 📌 SAVE this for your Mallorca trip. Would you choose the vintage train or hire a car and drive? 🚂🚗 Follow Anna for plenty of travel tips like this #travelover50 #midlifetravel #midlifejourney #soller#midlifewomenoftiktok I’m
