This has been sitting in my camera roll for a few days because I didn't know if I really wanted to post it. But I get a lot of questions about what it looks like, what it feels like, can I take my mask off?, etc. This doesn't even show how bad it gets - there’s been a few times where I feel like I'm gonna pass out and my lips have been almost blue because I cannot breathe. I cut out the part where I screamed because putting my mask on and being able to breathe felt SO good after not being able to take a full breath in 25minutes. The weirdest noises somehow sooth me lol. Be kind please - I genuinely feel like a different person when I’m not on my bipap. It feels like there’s a heavy weight on my chest, my head starts to pound, my heart rate skyrockets and I start to sweat profusely (hence why I said uncover me…). Might delete later?? Depends lol. 🫠
