![NEW FAVOURITE SYDNEY RESTAURANT WITH VIEWS This has got to be one of my favourite Sydney restaurants of 2024, serving modern Australian cuisine, & it also has amazing views too. This restaurant represents Australia so well as there’s a blend of Australian, European, Asian, and middle eastern dishes all in the menu. We ordered the oysters, tuna with caviar, beef tartare, spanner crab, Moreton Bay bug linguine, black Angus striploin, bakar chicken with a side of flat bread, and PBJ ice cream sandwich for dessert. Whilst you can’t go wrong with any of the dishes, these were my highlights. The Sydney Rock Oysters with the chardonnay mignonette was so good that I could’ve drunk that whole mignonette. 10/10 must order. The Raw tuna with caviar and crispy potato was so yum, also a 10/10. The beef tartare was probably one of the best tartars I’ve ever had. The salsa and capers really made this dish, and it was an absolute flavour bomb. 10/10. The Moreton bay bug linguine was el dente & a great comfort food option 8/10. The baker chicken, hands down my favourite out of all. That sambal chilli that’s marinated over the charred crispy chicken was just so juicy and absolutely delicious. 11/10. We also ordered the flat bread to soak up the sauces too which is an absolute must as the bread was probably one of best I’ve had in a long time.
