That’s the eyebrow dye we use at benefit cosmetics! Good tip would be to put Vaseline on the skin around the brow before putting it on to stop stains

careful lots of people are allergic to a chemical in hair/ eyebrow dye - I learnt the hard way by tinting my eyelashes & my whole face blew up 😳
