Technically they were not approved by the FDA. These products that are mentioned in the lawsuits are all cosmetics not OTC Drugs.

I used EOS lipbalm. and I got a very bad allergic reaction 😭 my lips were sore, it has bumps with water coming out, and it was burning 😭😭😭
