Double Chocolate Chip 🍪 Ingredients: 160g dark chocolate, chopped 1/2 cup unsalted butter, browned 3/4 cups brown sugar 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 130g all-purpose flour 30g unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 150g dark chocolate chips or chunks Instructions In a heatproof bowl, melt the chopped dark chocolate and browned butter, stirring in between until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly. Prepare the Dough: Combine the brown sugar and vanilla together. Add the egg until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Fold in the Chocolate chips. Cover the dough and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to make it easier to handle and to enhance the flavors. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft.
