Jika minyak terlalu banyak, kurangkan sedikit lalu masukkan serbuk kari, garam dan serbuk perasa cendawan secukupnya. Tumis seketika. Kemudian masukkan tauhu kering goreng tadi. Kacau sebati. 4. Adjust rasa dan sedia untuk dihidang bersama sedikit hirisan daun bawang. 😉 TAUHU KERING BERKARI RECIPE - CHEF DAVE Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes Servings: 2-4 pax Ingredients: 1-2 pcs tofu skin Oil (for frying) Stir-fry ingredients: 8 small onions (sliced) 6 nos garlic (sliced) 3 dry chilies (cut into small pieces) 6 bird's eye chillies(cut into small pieces) 1 tbsp fish/meat curry powder Salt as needed Mushroom seasoning powder as needed A few slices spring onion Cooking method: 1. Cut tofu skin into small pieces as in the video, then fry in hot oil. Remove and set aside. 2. Reduce oil, then saute sliced onions, garlic, dry chilies, bird's eye chilies until aromatic. 3. If is too much oil, reduce it a little and add curry powder, salt and mushroom seasoning powder. Saute for a while. Then add the fried dry tofu. Stir well. 4. Adjust the taste and ready to serve with a few slices of spring onion. 😉
