This dinner is so good! And easy to put together 😋 ✨ INGREDIENTS ✨ * 12 oz pasta linguine noodles * 2 tbsp butter * 3 cloves garlic, minced * 1 cup heavy cream * 1 lemon (zest + juice) * 1 cup freshly grated parmesan * 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken * ½ cup pasta water (reserved) * ½ tsp salt * ½ tsp black pepper * 1 cup spinach leaves ✨INSTRUCTIONS ✨ 1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water. 2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant. 3. Pour in heavy cream and add lemon zest and lemon juice. 4. Whisk in freshly grated parmesan until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. 5. Add salt and pepper, then stir in shredded rotisserie chicken. Simmer 1–2 minutes. 6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Use splashes of reserved pasta water until the sauce clings perfectly. 7.
