I put parchment over the bacon while baking that way I din’t have to clean the oven as often!

this is great. I put foil on the tray and the fat just drips on that. and before I trash the foil I let the fat cool completely.

You can also let the grease/lard cool down and you re-use it for some other meal 😁

Umm.... this is how we learned to cook bacon coming up. Never cooked it on the stove top.
