Wow that’s awesome! I’m pretty sure it’s a cobblers bench! Cobbler is someone who would make shoes, I found one too & made it into a coffee table!

Tbh I would’ve kept it the way it was bc I like antique furniture. To specify, I took my moms old furniture because it was in the colonial style.
