Boursin Pasta🤤 What you need: •Boursin cheese - I used 2 to balance it out because I had loads of tomatoes that needed using, but usually I just use 1. •Tomatoes - Plum or cherry tomatoes work best for this, but i used anything I could get from the greenhouse! (Including the little yellow pear tomatoes) •black pepper •Pasta (rigatoni or conchiglie work best for this, but you can use any) •chicken breast (not an essential, but I added it this time) •red onion (also not essential, it’s just as tasty without) •Garlic & Parsley for some extra flavour Instructions: Pre heat your oven to 200°C. Add your Boursin, tomatoes and black pepper to a dish, splash with a little bit of oil and roast them for around 20 minutes. If your tomatoes are slightly bigger, put little slits in them to allow them to roast through easier. Add your pasta to a pan and boil until it’s cooked. Dice 1 red onion and some chicken breast (I used 2 breasts, but if you’re feeding more then add more!) Add it to a pan with some garlic and parsley and cook it through. Remove your tomatoes & cheese from the oven, use a fork to squash the tomatoes so all of the juices are released then mix together with the cheese until it forms a thick sauce. Add the sauce to the pan with your cooked chicken & onion and give it a good mix together before adding your cooked pasta.
