Italian Bread Rolls Ingredients * 266 g water (about 1 cup + 2 tbsp) * 1 tsp yeast * 350 g flour (about 2¾ cups) * 2 tbsp olive oil * 1 tsp salt Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix the yeast with the water. Add the flour and mix, then add the olive oil and salt. Do one coil fold until everything is fully incorporated. Cover and let the dough rest for 2 hours. 2. Place the dough on an oiled piece of parchment paper. Divide it into 4 pieces and shape each into a ball. Brush or drizzle a little oil on top, cover, and let rest for 15 minutes. 3. Sprinkle semolina over each dough ball, then gently stretch each one into a bread roll shape. 4. Leave the shaped rolls uncovered for 5 minutes. 5. Preheat your oven to the highest temperature with a baking tray inside. 6. Carefully slide the rolls onto the hot tray using a piece of cardboard or a pizza peel.
