I’ve made this it’s amazing. I also once mixed the chicken with ricotta cheese and an egg. Then the layers you mentioned and it soufflés! Perfect!

if Keto you need to shred your own block cheese.pre shredded cheese has flour in it.so it doesn't all clump in the bag.
