dont forget to add escrow and mortgage insurance payments on that. itll bump it over 2k per month for sure. my home was 140k and I pay 1200 a mont.

that’s just principal and interest. U forgot to mention: taxes, insurance, hoa and pmi so take your 1,300 payment and add about 900 bucks to it. 😉
