What I Eat In a Day (as a gym girlie on a slow bulk)🍇🥑🥯 Y’all, I love to eat🙌🏾, and I’m going to guess that most people reading this post are with me on that one, lol. Regardless of whether you slow bulk or cut down, the key to sustainably is in creating meals that are both delicious and healthy. So you clearly see how an ectomorph and endomorph cannot eat the same. An ectomorph can eat more carbs in general (in addition to a high protein diet) whereas an endomorph should mostly consume a moderate healthy fat/high protein diet. Butttt, you shouldn’t have to figure out your diet and workout plan all alone (or, even worse yet, by trial and error 🤦🏾‍♀️).
