I have been in a stimulant since I was 6 I’m now 30 and I take vyvanse 70 mg daily and it’s the best one I have ever taken. I have adhd and anxiety.

I have been out on three of those medications and they really messed me up to where I was scared to try others.... my doctors just took me off

Would you agree an individual with an ADHD diagnosis requires a comprehensive approach. Diet, exercise, meds, cognitive behavioral therapy?

@brittanyfullen0:yes my son has struggled with his ADHD and he just wouldn't eat at all. and I totally agree meds are half the battle
