I used to get night terrors (not nightmares) I'm terrified of them coming back so I use a weighted blanket to help sleep without nighrmeare or terrors

I can’t have pressures over me, it freaks me out a lot. But sleeping with big stuffed animals helps ❤️

I have a weighted blanket and it has literally saved my life. The comfort it gives in the middle of the night is unreal and I now sleep.
