I think of something happening to me every time I walk/run/hike even with my large dog and pepper spray. I feel like I can never be prepared enough 🙁

I used to run the trails but was followed by a homeless man on a bicycle for about 2 miles I thankfully lost him going through a neighborhood.

Also, yes it’s crazy that we do think of this. Bought a 200$ treadmill off Kijiji and a peloton because getting up early to do a work out I feel safe

I never ever run at night. In fact, I only run when my wife is home so she knows exactly when I’ll be back and i share my location always.
