Any sunscreen above 30 doesn't protect you more. It's only a waste of money. Heard from a person who works at a sunscreen company.

I’m in my late 50’s, grew up sailing all summer on Lake Erie, my skin is wrinkle free. It’s moisturize and genetics. But still should have used SPF50.
