I’ve had a doctor’s office close and forget I was in a patient room. The nurse was like “the doctor left, bye.” And yes, I got billed anyway.

That’s on overbooking which falls on the doctor if that’s how they want it or the staff if they just don’t care. It’s frustrating for the workers too.

I work in a dental hospital on childrens floor. We have hygeine, ortho and paeds.. we get this all the time. they ask why someone went in before them.
