I have to take unisom at night to sleep and it helps so much and it’s safe during pregnancy.

try benadryl at night! you still get up to pee but you can go back to sleep easier. it's been a life saver for me.

I can relate to this so much. 30 weeks. get no sleep and when i do I wake up every hour to pee. my bf is napping after sleeping 10 hrs straight
