pex rating is 180 degrees, 210 degrees is the discharge and would destroy that pex and cause possible injurys if someone was standing near.

My TPR valve is ran outside the house. A lot of the homes we work on are plumbed that way. No thermal expansion tank either.

pex is not approved for T&P discharge. thermal expansion tank varies by state. some only require it on closed system

we have to run the tp valve line outside the house because in the event of a release the pan will not handle it since it has a gravity fed drain

important to note however that not all manufacturers put the year as numbers in serial number. Bradford White uses letters.
