Airfryer Baked Eggs with Butterbeans, Za’atar, Sundried Tomatoes & Feta This is the fastest little lunch and it’s so bloody delicious..healthy too! Ideally use two eggs, I only had one left! Use any seasonings you want. I bought a kilo of beautiful Palestinian Za’atar so it goes in everything! (A shake of Smoked paprika, garlic powder and onion granules onto the beans would be a great swap) What you need: * 1 can of Butter Beans, drained (I love the ones in salted water) * Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil * 1-2 Eggs * 2 tablespoons of Palestinian Za’atar 🇵🇸🕊️ (zaytoun za’atar at nourish.ie) * 4-5 Sundried tomatoes, diced up * A bit of Spinach, chopped * A crumbling of Feta Cheese  * Salt and pepper to taste * Crispy Chilli Oil to Serve (Optional but recommended). I always use Lao Gan Ma Crispy Chilli Oil..it’s the absolute best! What to do: - Preheat airfryer or Oven to 180 degrees celsius  - Pop beans into an oven proof dish and top with Za’atar and pinch of salt and mix - Add the egg(s), Sundried tomatoes and spinach and mix them into the egg whites well (get the spinach underneath if possible) - Add a crumbling of Feta Cheese and season with more Za’atar, salt and pepper. - Airfry for 10 mins (all air fryers differ so adjust accordingly..mine took 10) - NOTE: Oven will take longer, try 15 mins) - Optional: Serve with Lao Gan Ma Crispy Chilli Oil if you have some (otherwise buy it in your local Asian shop or get it online at Asiamarket.ie, it elevates everything!) #fyp #foryourepage #airfryerrecipes #EasyRecipes #airfryer #bakedeggs #eggs #quicklunch
