Bounce it on the sofa you will hear the locks drop at the same time use the thing to open it! Worked with mine

***BOUNCE IT ON A BED!*** Genuinely, bounce and twist lock, the springs are weak.... also, next to the keypad is a panel, pop it off, lock underneath.

as you turn the lock bang with force right above the lock at the same time as turning and it should just open 👍

theres a section that can be opened from underneath the keypad? most commonly stolen and opened safes

Best way is .... go through the plastic keep hitting it and it will eventually pop open or keep hitting a corner and it will cave in

The badge in between the handle and the keypad sometimes hides the master reset key. Try that too. That’s what I’ve seen done, when I forgot the code
