mix with CHEAP conditioner, didn't stain anything when i did mine and ive been doing it for a few months now. also, step 1 put on gloves. good luck.

mix a few tablespoons of household bleach in a spray bottle and spray on your hands and let sit for just a minute and wash with soap then moisturize

idk about this product, but nail polish remover gets hair dye off skin! Smells gross but you can wash your skin off afterwards.
