What you wear is the clientele you attract and that’s just MY OPINION. This is a controversial topic but remember THIS IS MY OPINION. I’m not saying the run your business the same . Style is subjective yes , but you need to be put together. Luxury high end restaurants care about the whole look and experience you the consumer are getting. I like to think the same , it would feel strange if the waiter at a high priced restaurant was wearing sweats and crocs. I like my clients to think I cared enough about them and my job that I came to work looking good. I’m not cheap so yes, I want to make sure the full experience is giving luxury and that includes what I wear. I don’t care how many clothes I ruin I will continue to dress well for work. I can’t expect anyone to pay me top dollar and look like I just got of bed .
