I think the best combination if you can afford it is therapy and meds. Some people don't do well with just yoga, walks, or self-talks. 🤦🤦🤷🤷

I do believe 99% of my progress came from therapy but my meds worked w/ that. They helped each other out so that I had the best chance.

I know so many people who couldn't begin the work in therapy unmedicated. once the antidepressants were helping, I made so much progress in therapy.
