Nice recipe, but NEVER pour fat down the drain ! It solidifies and blocks the sewer system.

Don’t pour your excess fat down the sink! It causes fatbergs (google it!) and blocks our sewers. Pour into a cup & clean into the bin when cool.

Nice! Sprite with soy sauce and garlic for a Filipino style. But please don't pour oil down your drain, it will clog!
