Yes! It is! Eat histamine & gluten free helps a TON, and gastrochrom or chromalyn sodium 4x Day helps with tummy, inflammation and the red splotches!!

Yes yes yes also look into gastroparasis if you have triggers avoid them at all cost when things are really bad for me I fast for a few days

Yes 90% of my GI issues ended up being MCAS (even though I have GP). I take zyrtec, Pepcid, cromolyn Daily and hydroxyzine every night before bed...

Ask your doctor about quercetin supplements! Also rupatadine medication helps a lot. Chocolate, dairy, strawberries are definitely trigger foods.
