benzo withdrawal was a literal nightmare. I had medical help and I had two seizures. almost died. not fun.

Take Librium for a few days. Need a dr to check in with. Helps a lot - other benzo help with anxiety but not withdrawal

Using just messes their mind, they have no idea that even when sober during the day their thoughts are fuzzy.

I just don’t bother anymore, to detox, you are supposed to get benzo but if you have overdosed on them, that’s tough luck! 😳 I am trying but no body
