Protein Breakfast Bagel 🥯 Ingredients for 1 bagel: 1 protein bagel 2 eggs 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 slice Red Leicester cheese 3 slices smoked salmon 4-5 sliced cucumber 4-5 sliced plum tomatoes 3 fresh spinach leaves Salt and pepper to taste 1. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. In a bowl whisk the eggs together with salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture and fry for 30 seconds. 2. Place the protein bagels flat side down and cook for 30 seconds before flipping over. Fold the omelette onto the bagel and add the cheese, salmon, cucumber, tomatoes and spinach onto one half of the bagel. 3. Fold the other half and cook for 2 minutes on each side until the cheese has melted and the bagel has browned. 4. Serve warm. #bagel #proteinbreakfast #brunch #Recipe #eggrecipe
