Dice the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and white onion. Chop the cilantro and set aside. 2.	Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and let it simmer, stirring occasionally. 3.	Add the diced peppers and onion (reserve cilantro for later) and stir. 4.	Season with oregano, black pepper, and add the bouillon cube if using. Mix well. 5.	If using tomato paste, add it now and stir to combine. 6.	Let the mixture cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 7.	Add the beans and mix well. 8.	Rinse the rice and measure the correct amount of water. 9.	Pour the water into the pan and bring it to a boil. 10.	Once boiling, add the rice and let it sit without stirring for about 2 minutes. 11.	Stir the rice, then add the chopped cilantro and mix again. 12.	Cover the pan, lower the heat to low (level 2), and let it cook for about 20 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked. Cooking the Steak: 1.	Season the steak with salt and black pepper on both sides. 2.	Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and let it sit for 2-3 minutes until hot. 3.	Place the steak in the pan and sear on one side. Flip after about 2-3 minutes, then flip again. 4.	Add butter and crushed garlic to the pan, tilting the pan slightly to baste the steak with the melted butter. 5.	Cook to your desired doneness, then remove from heat. 6.	Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve alongside the rice. Enjoy!
